Overall, I think the bike is great. A lot of people ask what brand it is because it looks awesome. I think it drives great too. It is easy to handle and I felt very comfortable from the start. The breaks are great. The bike stops on a dime. It is very comfortable too. The dual motor is awesome driving in the sand and I was surprised about the range. Taking it in rear wheel drive at level 2 for 35 miles and it still has 60% battery left. Here are some suggestions of what can be improved: Assembly instructions are not clear and incomplete. For example it didn't speak to the installation of several components such as blinkers throttle. Or how the washers for the front wheel should be placed since one side came with two and the other with one. The instructions should be printed larger too. I like that it was in color but too small. For the handle bar assembly, it would be great to have indicators or grooves to show easily the alignment and center of it during assembly. As for the bike, the rear break light should be a lot brighter when breaking especially at night when the headlight is on. The blinker on the rear is too small. And overall the rear light module is hidden under the rear seat pad. For safety, I think it would be nice to improve on it. One smaller issue to improve, is to not reset the trip every time the bike is turned off. The trip should be reset by the user and not automatically. The battery should have an indicator when the start/stop button is hit to show that the bike is on. Lastly, I think it would be awesome if the tank/battery would come in a variety of colors to choose from as well as the seat and maybe even additional accessories. GPS tracker, disc break lock, additional storage, phone holder etc.
I’ve owned many e-bikes, all somewhat on the lower end cost wise, this was my first purchase of an ebike that was over $1000 and also my first experience with a dual motor ebike and man am I impressed. First the looks, geez this ride looks badass, so many compliments from strangers and co-workers, they love the old school look and meaty tires. Next the power, I’m a big guy, 6’1 and 285 and this thing pulls. Constantly hitting 34+ on flat ground and about 28+ on some hills I got here heading to work. Definitely the best e-bike I ever purchased, wish I would have gotten it sooner and definitely recommend
